This is my first time working with a contractor in the DC area so I was really worried about finding someone reliable and design forward to redo my living room. TriVista was fantastic to work with as we demolished our 3rd floor (former attic, first bumped out in 1946) of our 1920 home and remodeled the space to match our current lifestyle. Trivista did a kitchen, master bath and additional remodel for our living spaces. Entire team is professional and even with a minor snag, Boyd our project manager and Steve stepped in quickly to review alternate options. We have a beautiful home thanks to Trivista and their commitment to design practical living solutions.
Great work. Easy to work with. Good local company. Steve was very easy to talk with and he explained the process and steps clearly. I really appreciated his communication to our insurance company to maximize our claim to where it should have been.
The Trivista Team was excellent - it's the easiest renovation (despite being the biggest and most extensive one) we've experienced. It was a true white glove service, where they anticipated requests, questions and follow ups. We lived in our basement while the renovation was ongoing, and they made it as hassle free as possible. Boyd and Effie were extremely helpful, very competent, and very easy to work with.
