This is my first time working with a contractor in the DC area so I was really worried about finding someone reliable and design forward to redo my living room. TriVista was fantastic to work with as we demolished our 3rd floor (former attic, first bumped out in 1946) of our 1920 home and remodeled the space to match our current lifestyle. Started with one project manager. I think the first guy quit or was fired. He was okay. Clearly overwhelmed with no support from his bosses. Transitioned to another project manager. She was better. Just apparent awful communication internally. Trash in backyard for months. Delay after delay with finishing the job. Bare minimum delivered to satisfy contract.
